Spicy Crab Vermicelli Claypot

After the crabs are cleaned, remove the gills and cut into pieces, and dip the crabs into a little starch

The vermicelli is soaked slightly, not too soft; put oil in the pan, chop the pepper and fry the red oil

Add green onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant, add the crab pieces, cook in the rice wine, stir fry until the color changes

Transfer to a casserole, add crab cubes, add vermicelli, and cover with crab shells

Pour in the broth, add oyster sauce and light soy sauce, then add a lid and simmer for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle chopped green onion or chopped coriander when it comes out of the pan.
