Wash the rice, cut into thick slices, put the oil in the pan, add the rice after the oil is hot, and fry it. Add a little salt when frying, so that the rice is more delicious, but don’t put too much salt. The bad peppers contain salt in the back. It's heavy.

Fry it for 2 or 3 minutes and you can taste it. It’s just cooked. Don’t fry for a long time, or it won’t taste good if it’s fried dry! Take out the fried clams and drain the oil for later use.

Put a small amount of oil in the wok, add appropriate amount of ginger, garlic and pepper powder to sauté after the oil is hot, add the cut green peppers and fry them until the aroma is fragrant, then add the bad peppers and fry them until fragrant.

Finally, put in the fried rice and stir-fry evenly, no need to add salt, because the bad chili is already quite salty!
