Soak the shiitake mushrooms, black fungus, and golden needles first

Remove the tail and cut into small pieces

Cut the shiitake mushrooms and black fungus

Cut carrots

Cut winter bamboo shoots

Tips:
I didn't add salt to the whole dish! The materials can be freely matched!
