When my mother-in-law was alive, she must make a Chinese New Year dish! There are a lot of ingredients inside, black fungus, shiitake mushrooms, golden needle vegetables, wild rice, carrots, winter bamboo shoots, pickles

Stir Fried Assorted Vegetables

1. Soak the shiitake mushrooms, black fungus, and golden needles first

2. Treat the wild rice to clean slices for later use

3. Remove the tail and cut into small pieces

4. Cut the shiitake mushrooms and black fungus

5. Cut carrots

6. Cut winter bamboo shoots

7. Oily gluten cut open for later use

8. Chopped pickles

9. Put the black fungus, mushrooms and carrots in the frying pan and stir fry

10. Put winter bamboo shoots, Chinese rice slices, and golden needles

11. Add oily gluten and pickles and stir fry evenly

12. Add soy sauce

13. Add sugar

14. Balsamic vinegar

15. Add sesame oil

16. Add some water and boil it

Tips:

I didn't add salt to the whole dish! The materials can be freely matched!
