Cigan Braised Pork

Wash the pork belly, clean the rice

Prepare ginger, rock candy and star anise

After boiled in a pot of cold water, pick it up

Heat the pan, then put the fatter meat into the pan, turn to low heat and fry to get the oil

Then put the ginger and star anise into the pot to burst the fragrance

Put all the pork belly in the pot and stir fry until the color changes and cook into the cooking wine

Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, stir fry evenly, add rock sugar

Add clean water, the amount of water can submerge the food, cover the high heat to boil, then turn to low heat for 40 minutes

Then open the lid and turn to the high heat to add the Cikan rice to a boil, then add the lid and turn to a low fire to cook Cigan glutinous rice flour glutinous rice.

Tips:
1. Cikan rice should be boiled in water first, which can remove part of the bitterness and make the taste better
