Spicy Dried Pork

One pound of pork hind legs;

Use a cooking machine to stir into meat; (you can also buy ready-made meat directly)

Add in various seasonings and stir well, add the eggs and beat them vigorously in one direction. Marinate the beaten meat for about half an hour.

Put tin foil on the baking tray and brush the surface with a thin layer of vegetable oil. Put the minced meat on the tin foil and pour the minced meat;

Tips:
1. It is recommended that the pork fillings you bought should be thinner
2. If you like lighter colors, you can use light soy sauce
3. Before rolling the meat filling, be sure to apply a thin layer of oil on the tin foil, otherwise the pork meat will stick to the tin foil.
4. The meat filling must be rolled out evenly, so that it will be evenly heated during baking.
5. Use oyster sauce instead of fish sauce.
