Spicy Duck Leg

Main and auxiliary ingredients: duck shank, spicy chicken wings seasoning

Wash the duck legs and prepare the "spicy chicken wings seasoning". Add cold water to the pot, soak the dried tangerine peel for 30 minutes, and then add the washed duck legs.

Tips:
Because duck legs should not be boiled, the braising time is slightly longer.
