Spicy Fish
1.
Wash the potatoes, peel and slice them, cut the cabbage into sections (I just cut a knife) and set aside
2.
Wash the fish and cut it into three pieces (cut off the meat on both sides, mine is the supermarket chef who helped me cut it)
3.
Wash the ingredients and cut into two portions, one (left): garlic sprouts, garlic cloves, green onion, and chili; one (right): garlic cloves, chili, green onion, and ginger slices
4.
Cut the fish bones and fish heads together, cut the fish fillets, and marinate them with appropriate pepper and salt for 5 minutes
5.
After the fish fillets are marinated with pepper and salt, pour in the mixed eggs and marinate for a while, then add an appropriate amount of sweet potato powder and stir well for later use (marinate for 10 minutes)
6.
Heat up the oil pan, add the ingredients on the right in Figure 3 and stir fry, add an appropriate amount of Qiuxia fragrant fish condiment (I bought a packet, you can cook the fish 5 times, if you like spicy, add more), stir fry to get a fragrance. Add the marinated fish and stir fry (fry on both sides)
7.
Put in the right amount of water, add the right amount of salt and cooking wine (something will be delicious if you have rice wine), cover and boil, add potatoes and cook for 5 minutes (if you have a large pot, you can change it, if you don’t have it), add cabbage and boil for 2 Minutes, add the marinated fish fillets, cook until cooked (about 5 minutes), and cook
8.
Sprinkle the ingredients on the left in Figure 3, and then sprinkle the appropriate amount of chili flakes. Add an appropriate amount of oil (two or three times as much as for cooking) in the frying pan to heat up
9.
Just pour hot oil on the fish with the ingredients (the oil will splash a little, so be careful of being scalded)
