Chili oil, commonly known as red oil, is one of the indispensable condiments on the family table. But if you want to make a bowl of red, bright and spicy oil, you really need to master some skills. Appreciating the image of chili oil mainly depends on the color, fragrance, and spicy taste. These characteristics depend on oil temperature to complete. High temperature produces fragrance, low temperature produces color. See how to do it:"

Spicy Fragrant Red Oil

1. Main and auxiliary materials: peanut oil, tree pepper, red pepper. Pepper, cooked sesame

2. Put the tree peppers into the jar of the food processor. Grind with a food processor. Just grind.

3. If you want to make the red oil more refined, you have to grind out two varieties, chili powder and crushed chili. Ground tree pepper and red pepper.

4. Roll the pepper with a rolling pin and crush it.

5. Put 500ml of peanut oil in the pot and heat it to more than 70% hot, that is, the oil surface is stable and there is a light oily smoke. You can turn off the fire.

6. Put the burned oil into the clean bowl prepared in advance.

7. In about 3 minutes, the oil temperature will drop to about 60% hot. Add minced peppercorns.

8. Add half of the chopped tree pepper. These two steps are the fragrance, hemp and spicy fragrance.

9. After another 3 minutes, the temperature of the oil will drop below 50% heat. Add the other half of the chopped tree pepper to give it a spicy flavor.

10. Then put in the sesame seeds, because the sesame seeds are cooked, the oil will be mushy if the temperature is too high.

11. At this time, the oil temperature is already relatively low. Add crushed red chili peppers, and the color will become red after soaking in warm oil. Just stir it evenly.

12. Let cool to bottle.

Tips:

It is not necessary to put pepper and sesame seeds.
