Braised Pork Spine

Add water to the pot and boil it down into the spine to blanch water, blanch it thoroughly, remove the foam and remove it

Cut green onion into sections, slice ginger, cut garlic in half, crush with rock sugar

Add oil to the pot and heat it into the rock sugar, melt it, and when the color is close to brownish red, bubbles will pop out. (Fry it again, it will become bitter afterwards)

Add the spine and stir fry for color,

Pour in the cooking wine, add onion, ginger, garlic, tree pepper, pepper, aniseed and stir fry for a fragrance

Add cold water, salt, soy sauce, the water should cover the bones, boil over high heat and simmer on low heat for 40-50 minutes.
Tips:
Use rock sugar to fry the sugar color, the dishes will be red and bright.​When the sugar color is fried, the fire must not be high, otherwise it will burn easily.
