Tree Pepper Potato Shreds

After the potatoes are peeled and shredded, soak them in water for later use.

Prepare garlic, and chili, and chop finely.

Pour the minced garlic and chili into a little oil and stir-fry.

After sautéing, add potato shreds.

After frying for about two minutes. With salt
