Stir-fried Vermicelli with Cabbage

Ingredients

Soak the vermicelli 2 hours in advance with water, chop the cabbage thickly, mince the green onion, ginger and garlic

Heat oil in a wok, add green onion, ginger, garlic, tree pepper, and sauté

Add the cabbage and stir fry for 2-3 minutes

Add in the soaked vermicelli, salt, MSG, stir-fry evenly, serve and serve
Tips:
The vermicelli needs to be soaked in advance, and soy sauce can be added to the stir-fry
