Spicy Fried Chicken Wings (home Edition)

After the chicken wings are completely thawed, wash them and set aside. Weigh the marinade and water in proportion and mix it evenly, then add it to the chicken wings so that the marinating liquid and the chicken wings are in full contact; if there is a relatively strong plastic bag, put the chicken wings and the marinating liquid in the bag and tie it. Tighten it and beat it vigorously for 10-20 minutes to make it evenly tasty.

Weigh out 100g super fried powder and 120-130g ice water according to the ratio of powder:water=1:1.2-1.3, mix the slurry, and set aside.
