Spicy Fried Clams

Prepare materials. The clams that are spit clean and have no sand, just wash the shell with clean water.

Shred the green onion, ginger and chili, heat the pan with oil, and saute the onion, ginger, and chili.

Pour the clams into the pan, try to spread the bottom of the pan as much as possible
