Spicy Fried Escargot

Soak the snails in salt for 1 hour, then rinse repeatedly with water until there are no impurities

Cut green pepper into hob pieces for later use

Heat oil in a pot and fry the chives, ginger, garlic, add the hot pot bottom and fry the red oil

Pour the escargot

Stir fry and add water

Add cooking wine, vinegar, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper powder, stir fry evenly, cover and cook for 10 minutes

When the soup is almost dry, pour the green pepper cubes and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
