Spicy Fried Flower Clams

Soak the clams in light salt water for ten minutes in advance to remove the sand from the clams! Wash

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add the clams and blanch until the clams open

Take out the water and wash the sediment

Cut green and red pepper into strips, cut coriander into slices, cut onion into strips, cut dry chilies along the length and remove the seeds, mince garlic

Add oil to the pan and heat up, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant

Add dried chilies, green and red peppers, onions, and stir-fry

After adding, oyster sauce, soy sauce, stir fry a few times

Add the coriander and stir-fry evenly
Tips:
If the clams are free of mud and sand, they can be stir-fried without blanching. The dead clams we buy here are inside. If the clams are not blanched and the dead are not picked out, the dish will be reimbursed.
