Spicy Fried Rice Cake

Wash enoki mushrooms and cook. Wash the carrots, cut into sections, and cook. The rice cake strips are cooked.

Pour a little oil in the wok, add 1 tablespoon of Korean chili sauce, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon of salt, and 1.5 tablespoons of sugar. Stir fry over low heat.

After the sauce is stir-fried, add 3 main ingredients and stir fry gently.

Stir-fry evenly, pour in a small amount of rice cake soup and bring to a boil on low heat.

Tips:
1. Just boil the carrots, don't cook them too soft, they tend to rot when turned.
2. The rice cake strips are the same. They can be boiled until soft. It is best to cook the last one to prevent it from becoming lumpy after cooking.
3. If there is no fish sauce, you can use 1 spoon of oyster sauce + 1 spoon of light soy sauce instead.
4. Hot sauce is seasoning, and tomato sauce is the color.
