This spicy stir-fried udon noodles was eaten at a restaurant that I often go to with Lao Li. When I ate the first bite, I decided to go home and do it myself. Korean chili sauce has always been a stock at home. I went to the supermarket and bought a bag of udon noodles, bought some prawns and clams, and fried this large plate of noodles in 10 minutes. Well, it’s the flavor, but the chili sauce is not available in the store. There are so many, but the taste is the same. If you like a lot of hot sauce, just put more hot sauce.
