Spicy Fried Winter Melon

Prepare the materials;

Peel and chop garlic; wash chives and cut into sections; wash and cut millet peppers; peel and wash winter melon and cut into pieces;

Saute minced garlic and green onions in a hot oil pan, add winter melon and red pepper and stir-fry until broken;
