Spicy Garlic Octopus

Remove belly and gills of hairtail to remove impurities, wash and cut into sections.

Prepare the garlic, ginger, green onion, chili, sesame hot sauce, bean paste and other seasonings.

Make a few cuts on the octopus, marinate with salt, cooking wine, and ginger for 10 minutes to taste.

Skim off the marinated juice and sprinkle some starch.

Heat the oil in the pan, put down the octopus.

Add ginger, garlic, pepper

Put some water, add half a spoon of sesame paste

Put a spoon of bean paste, appropriate amount of sugar, freshly soaked, and simmer for about 12 minutes on high heat.

Tips:
. Sesame paste and bean paste are relatively salty, so you don’t need to add salt.
