Spicy Grilled Eel

Soak the dried eel in water for 3 hours until it becomes soft.

Cut the eel into small pieces.

Marinate with cooking wine, sugar, salt and chili sauce for 30 minutes.

Spread tin foil on the baking tray, apply cooking oil, put the eel section on the tin foil, and brush with a thin layer of oil and spicy sauce.
