This is the family’s favorite fried rice noodles, and it is also one of my proudest of fried noodles.

Hometown Fried Rice Noodles

1. Material preparation: all cut into filaments for later use

2. Wash the dried fish and shrimp, pour a little cooking wine and soak it to remove the fishy

3. The rice noodles must be soaked in cold water until soft, remove and control the moisture for use.

4. Heat the pan and stir-fry the shredded pork with oil first.

5. Next, stir-fry the fish and shrimps for a while

6. Add carrots and rice noodles in turn, stir fry, pour in cooking wine, add salt and fry

7. Add onion and stir fry for a while, then add shredded cabbage and mung bean sprouts, pour in light soy sauce and stir fry evenly

8. Add chicken essence before cooking and stir-fry evenly, you can taste it

Tips:

The rice noodles must be soaked in cold water or it will be fried.
