[spicy Moment] Poached Pork Slices

Wash the required ingredients, bean sprouts and lean meat.

Thinly slice the lean meat and marinate for 10 minutes with the marinated meat ingredients (except starch).

Mince the ginger and garlic, dice the chili pepper, and cut the coriander into small pieces for later use.

After 10 minutes, add a tablespoon of starch and marinate for 2 minutes.

Add oil to the pot and stir-fry the peppers over low heat to create a fragrance.

Add a tablespoon of Pixian bean paste and stir fry for a good flavor (still on low heat, do not remove the pepper, the soup will be more flavorful later)

Add minced ginger and garlic, and stir-fry the chili pepper (still low heat).

Pour in water, add a small amount of chicken essence, boil on high heat, and boil for another 10 minutes on low heat to make the fragrance stronger.

Turn to high heat and add bean sprouts to boil.

Remove the bean sprouts and spread the bottom of the bowl.

When the soup in the pot re-opens, add the meat slices quickly, boil, and sprinkle with coriander.
12.
Scoop the meat slices on top of the bean sprouts and drizzle with the soup.
