Spicy Money Egg

Main ingredients: goose egg, hang pepper, beauty pepper, green onion, ginger, garlic, bean paste, tempeh. (Eggs and quail eggs are fine)

Cut the sharp pepper into small circles, mince the green onion, ginger, and garlic separately, and roughly chop the tempeh and bean paste for later use.

Boil the goose eggs, remove the skins, and cut them horizontally into circles.

Dip a layer of starch on both sides of the cut goose eggs.

Tips:
The tempeh and bean paste used in the dishes have a salty taste. You can use a little sugar to synthesize the taste. You can put less or no salt in it according to your taste.
