Spicy Noodles

Prepare the ingredients. Arowana's new active fermented hollow noodles make the noodles taste super good.

Treat the side dishes. Cut the cucumber into thin filaments. If the knife is not good enough, you can use a grater to remove the middle stem of the cabbage and cut into filaments. The cabbage shreds are blanched with boiling water, and then set aside in cold water.

To boil the noodles, add water to a boil in a soup pot, and then add the dried noodles.

After active fermentation, the noodles are hollow, easy to taste, more delicious, easier to cook, and can absorb more water when cooked. The cooked noodles are soft and chewy, and have a particularly good taste.
