Spicy Pork Blood

Cut the pig blood into small pieces. If it feels fishy, blanch it in hot water.

Put oil in the pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fragrant.

Add the bean paste and stir-fry to get the red oil. This process requires a low heat to avoid frying.

Add a small amount of hot water and simmer until the water boils.
