Many people may not have seen water milled rice cakes. In fact, water mills will make the required flours more delicate. I remember seeing my mother use a stone mill to slowly grind glutinous rice or yellow rice soaked in water into a slurry. Then it is deposited and used to make rice cakes, glutinous rice balls and the like. A good rice cake is a springy rice cake, white and delicate. Can't wait to make a pot of rice cake casserole to relieve greed.

Ingredients

Spicy Rice Cake in Casserole

3. Add green onion and ginger to fry until fragrant, then add a spoonful of spicy dry pot seasoning

4. Stir fry, fry the red oil

5. Stir fry with red shrimp
