Spicy Rice Cake in Casserole

1. Cut the rice cake into long slices.

2. Put peanut oil in the casserole, make sure you can burn the casserole empty.

3. Add green onion and ginger to fry until fragrant, and then add a spoonful of spicy dry pot seasoning.

4. Stir-fry until fragrant, fry out the red oil.

5. Add red shrimp and stir fry.

6. Then add the rice cake slices.

7. Pour in the right amount of water and bring to a boil.

Tips:

Stir-fry slowly on low heat, otherwise it will stick to the pot. The casserole has good heat preservation performance and is more suitable for cold seasons.
