Spicy Roast Duck

Prepare ingredients and seasonings.

Wash duck legs and soak to remove blood and water to control dryness.

Pour the Daxi Da spicy barbecue sauce on the duck leg with minced black pepper and oyster sauce.

Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for more than 3 hours (I marinated at night and made it the next morning).

Put the marinated duck legs into the oven and bake at 250 degrees for 10 minutes, 200 degrees for 20 minutes (the time depends on your own oven, parents should pay attention to ~~), it is best to wrap the thinnest part of the duck leg with tin foil to avoid Overkill.
