Clean the shrimp

Put the oil in the wok and sauté the onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant, add the perfumed fish ingredients, dried pepper, and Sichuan pepper to low heat to fry until fragrant. Then put the washed shrimp in the pot and stir-fry for a minute or two. Add the broth and simmer for five or six minutes.
