Spicy Small River Prawns

1. Wash the small river prawns and set aside.

2. Spicy ginger, garlic, millet, and green onions.

3. Pour the bottom oil into the frying pan and cook 70% of the heat. Fry the shrimp until it changes color and remove it for later use.

4. Bring a frying pan to heat again until 70% hot, fry the shrimps until crispy, remove the oil and set aside.

5. Put the pepper, minced garlic, minced ginger and millet in the bottom of the oil and stir fry until fragrant.

6. Pour the shrimp and stir fry evenly.

7. Add half a teaspoon of salt and chopped green onion.

8. Stir-fry evenly.
