Spicy Snail

Soak the snails in oil to let them spit out the dirt, and then rinse the snails repeatedly until the water is clear.

Ginger, garlic, millet pepper, and a green pepper can be chopped.

When the oil is hot, sauté the garlic seeds, ginger slices, and millet pepper.

Pour the snails, add cooking wine and stir fry, add salt and soy sauce, cover the pot and simmer for a while.

After adding appropriate water, add rice wine and sugar (if you like spicy food, add millet pepper).

Adding rice wine lees can make the snails more delicious.
