We have the custom of eating stew on February 2nd. In general, the stew is fried with sesame sauce as the main seasoning, mixed with garlic and vinegar. Spicy stew is an improvement on the traditional way of eating stew. The stew is fried with spicy sauce as the main seasoning. The meal is delicious and the taste is slightly numb and spicy, which the family likes.

Spicy Stew

1. Wash the stew and green pepper

2. Cut the stew into pieces

3. Cut green peppers into pieces

4. Pick up the frying pan, put the green peppers in the pan and fill it with oil

5. Start the frying pan again, put the green onion and ginger into the pot and stir fragrantly.

6. Stir-fry with spicy sauce

7. Stir-fry green peppers

8. Stir-fry with salt, stir-fry evenly and serve

Tips:

1. The main taste of this dish is spicy and spicy. It is not advisable to add a variety of condiments.
2. Add side dishes or not and add types according to personal preference.
