Spicy Stinky Tofu

Prepare raw materials;

Heat a pan, add a little oil, add the onion and garlic;

Add Laoganma tempeh sauce after bursting out the aroma;

Continue to stir-fry for a few more times and then add stinky dried seeds;

Continue to stir fry until the tempeh sauce is evenly coated on the surface of the dried seeds;

Add red, green and green peppers and stir fry together;

Add a small amount of salt to taste, and continue to stir fry for two minutes;

Stir fry a few times and serve it out.
Tips:
This is a simple quick stir-fry. Pay attention to fry the onion and garlic first, then add the fermented black bean sauce after sautéing, so that the sauteed seasoning will have a richer flavor; then add stinky dried seeds and diced green and red peppers in turn. Continue to stir fry; finally add salt to taste. Note that the amount of salt does not need to be added, as the tempeh sauce contains more salt.
