Spicy Stir-fried Bitter Gourd

Wash the bitter gourd, cut it in half, dig out the bitter gourd, and then cut it into slightly thicker slices. The white part of bitter gourd must be removed, otherwise it will affect the taste

Remove the stems of the two vitex, wash, and cut into sections
