In fact, I was not very interested in clams and other stuff before. I felt that there were more shells and less meat. I did not buy the ones that I made once or twice at home, but since I went to Sanya and ate the spicy fried clams made by the old lady, I came back. I never forget it. I always want to eat the taste again. So when I went to the supermarket, I went to the seafood section and picked some clams back. This time I bought clams, which are the most expensive ones sold in the supermarket. One kind is more than eight yuan a catty. I don't know how it is different from clams or other clams, so I bought it back by instinct. I feel that clams are indeed a cheap dish in seafood. The shrimps and crabs are all tens of dollars per catty, so the common people can eat them even after a meal.

Tips:

1. Fry the clams until they are cooked.
2. You don’t need to add water to stew if you like something tender. I added a little bit to make the stew more delicious.
