Spicy Stir-fried Clams

1. Clean the clams with a small brush several times and drain the water for later use, and then heat and fry the fragrant prickly ash to filter out
2. Add minced ginger and garlic and stir fry until fragrant
3. Add dried red pepper

4. Add clams and fry together
5. Add salt
6. Pour in the cooking wine

7. Add a little light soy sauce

Tips:
1. Fry the clams until they are cooked.
2. You don’t need to add water to stew if you like something tender. I added a little bit to make the stew more delicious.
