Spicy Tempeh Bean Curd

Soy beans are soaked in water for more than 2 hours, [preferably overnight].

Put the soaked soybeans into the soymilk machine and add water to the lowest water level. Plug in the power source and start the ordinary soy milk button.

The lactone is dissolved with a small amount of warm water.

The soymilk machine program is completed, and filter it into the fresh-keeping box with lactone while it is hot.

After stirring, cover the lid and put it in a larger fresh-keeping box to keep it warm.

After standing for 20 minutes. Soy milk solidified into bean curd.

Chop the green onion and ginger and prepare the meat filling.

Gently pour the prepared bean curd into a bowl.

Fill the pot with oil, saute the scallions and ginger, add the meat and stir fry until the color changes.

Add 1 tablespoon of tempeh hot sauce and continue to stir fry evenly.
11.
Pour in the cooking wine and light soy sauce, stir fry evenly, turn off the heat.
12.
Pour the fried spicy tempeh meat on the bean curd.
Tips:
Both tempeh sauce and light soy sauce have a salty taste, so do not add salt.
