Spicy Whitebait

After the whitebait is blanched and boiled, remove it and drain the water.

Cut the green onions, ginger, garlic, and small peppers.

Heat oil in a pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic, and chili to fry until fragrant.
4.
Add the dried whitebait, fry a few times, then add water and simmer for a while. Add soy sauce, salt, and a little vinegar.
5.
Just collect the juice.
