Spinach and Fresh Meat Fried Buns

Add flour, yeast and appropriate amount of warm water to knead a smooth dough to double its size.

Blanch the spinach in water and mix well with oil.

The minced meat is whipped with cooking wine, eggs, pepper, and soy sauce.

Season the vegetables and meat with salt and chicken essence and mix thoroughly.

The fermented dough is ventilated and knead evenly into long strips, divided into small pieces, and wrapped into buns.

Brush the pan with a little oil, heat it up, add the buns and fry until the bottom turns yellow.

Add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to medium heat, and when the water in the pot is fast drying, add the adjusted water starch, then boil and turn off the heat.

Use a pan to buckle out of the pan.
Tips:
Sprinkle some sesame seeds and chopped green onion when it comes out of the pan to make it more fragrant.
