I like all kinds of objects that mean good luck, and food is no exception. Today, this steamed bun has a nice name and simple method. I like it very much.

Icing on The Cake

1. Add yeast to pumpkin puree and mix well

2. Add flour and mix into flocculent

3. Knead into a smooth dough, seal and ferment to double size

4. After the fermented dough is kneaded and exhausted, divide it into four equal parts and round

5. Roll out the green dough into dough and cut into leaves and flower stems respectively

6. Stick the leaves on both sides of the yellow side, and stick the flower stems in the middle

7. Roll out the red dough into a dough and use a flower mold to make small flowers

8. After getting wet, stick it on the stem

9. Make a small red heart and stick it on the side after being wet, then

10. Put it in the steaming medium, put it in the pot on a low heat, steam for 15 minutes after the air, turn off the heat and simmer for about 2 minutes.

Tips:

Fermentation is very fast in summer, so make Huamantou noodles and put them in the refrigerator for proofing. When steaming, try to use low heat to prevent deformation.
