Spring Beauty Reducing Fat and Health Soup-barley, Peanut, Red Date and Spare Rib Soup

Cut one fresh rib (in the middle) into pieces.

Barley, peanuts, red dates.
3.
Boil the ribs to remove the foam.
4.
Remove the ribs and set aside.
