Sprite Bitter Gourd

Wash the bitter gourd first, and scoop the sac as far as possible. The cleaner the bitterness will decrease.

Cut the processed bitter gourd into slices. You don’t need to cut too thin, it’s too thin and not crisp enough, about 3 mm is fine. Then cut the carrots into cubes (carrots are just garnished around, a small amount is enough)

Pour clean water into the pot and boil. After the water is boiled, add a small amount of vegetable oil, then pour all the bitter gourd slices into the pot and cook. After picking up the bitter gourd, pour the carrots into the pot and cook them for later use.

Take out the cooked bitter gourd twice in cold water, then soak it in cold boiling water for 3 minutes

Cut 2~3 slices of lemons, and squeeze the lemon juice into the container for the remaining lemons

Pour in the lemon juice, sugar, and then drain the bitter gourd soaked in cold water, then put it in the container, and then put the lemon slices

Pour Sprite quickly into the container

Quickly put the carrot diced into the refrigerator and put it in the refrigerator. After about 3 hours of refrigeration, the bitter gourd will be very sweet and refreshing.
Tips:
Carrots are not necessary. I used rose petals to enrich the colors. Today, I just left carrots in the salad, so I just used them. You can use them according to your preference.
