Squid Fried Chili

Wash 400 grams of fresh squid to remove the black ink inside.

Prepare two green and red peppers each. (I am afraid that I will lose 1 red pepper)

Slice the processed squid with a knife.

Wash and cut the peppers.

Put the water in the pot and bring to a boil, and blanch the squid to remove the water.
