Squid with Sizzling Black Bean Pepper

Ingredients: a fresh squid, washed and shredded, half a carrot, half an onion, a green and red pepper, two pickled peppers (if you like spicy, you can add a few more), a little black bean sauce, green onion, ginger and garlic.

The squid is marinated in white wine with pepper powder for a while, blanched in boiling water for a while, and sautéed in hot oil in a wok with shallots, ginger, garlic and pickled peppers.

Add tempeh sauce and sauté until fragrant.

Add onions, carrots, a little sugar, cooking wine and stir fry evenly.

Then add green and red pepper, stir fry the squid, and finally add some water starch and stir evenly.

Pour it into the heated iron plate (apply some sesame oil when the iron plate is heated).
