I had a lot of steaks some time ago~ I was thinking about making something, but I haven’t eaten a burger for a long time, so let’s make a burger and eat it~~~

Steak Burger

1. The steak thaws.

2. 4 eggs, one less shot 😁.

3. olive oil.

4. Wash the lettuce, use the leaves, and slice the tomatoes into thin slices.

5. Put a little oil in the pot and make it 50% hot.

6. Fried poached eggs.

7. When the bottom is almost formed, turn it over and fry.

8. After the 4 eggs are fried, add the steak and fry on low heat.

9. Fry for 1 minute, turn it over, and fry for 1 minute.

10. Put the fried eggs and steak on the plate and set aside.

11. The bread embryo opens.

12. Put two pieces of lettuce leaves, try to choose the leaves, you can spread them flat on the bread.

13. Put a slice of steak on it.

14. Put another egg, sprinkle a little salt and sugar on the egg.

15. Put another two to three slices of tomatoes.

16. Squeeze ketchup and salad dressing on top.

17. Put the lid on and you're done~

Tips:

In line with one piece of meat, haha so I made a veggie burger, three steak burgers~ because the steak is 100g thin and marinated, so there is no too much processing, if it is cut, you need to marinate it yourself A moment~
