Today my husband’s loving breakfast was tempted after it was served, and I accidentally ate it. Although it is simple fried noodles with tomato and fried steak, it is really delicious and nutritious after careful matching. Office workers, a must-have breakfast for the student party!

Ingredients

Steak Tomato Noodle Breakfast

1. Prepare ingredients: one catty noodles, one steak, two spoons of coconut oil, one egg, one small broccoli, two spoons of tomato sauce, three or two cherry tomatoes, one lettuce leaf, and a little black pepper sauce.

2. Let's cook the noodles first, using homemade noodles. After boiling water, add the noodles and cook two boiling pots. The second time you boil the pot with a little water, the noodles will be cooked. Useless spaghetti is because the pasta is harder and harder to digest.

3. After the noodles are cooked, rinse them with water so that they won’t be sticky and will be refreshing when you eat them. Home-cooked noodles are softer and suitable for breakfast.

4. Let's fry the noodles again. Put a spoonful of coconut oil in a hot pan. This BOONBOON is a vegetable oil extracted from Thai coconuts. It is fragrant and not greasy.

5. Pour in a little tomato sauce and stir fry a few times.

6. Then put the noodles and stir fry for about 3-5 minutes, add a little salt, and let the tomato sauce evenly taste.

7. After cooking the steak in a separate pot, add a spoonful of coconut oil, add the steak, and cook for 9 minutes.

8. You can add an egg when frying the steak, which is more nutritious!

9. Finally, blanch the broccoli, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, and put all the ingredients on a plate. A hearty breakfast is ready to eat.

10. The fried noodles and steak are very fragrant, and they are refreshing when paired with broccoli peanut dishes. This kind of breakfast is easier to make. Office workers and student parties love it.
