Steak with Mushroom

Sliced mushrooms, sliced carrots, natural beef jelly.

Preheat the pan and fry the carrots first.

Fry the shiitake mushroom slices to fragrant. When it comes out of the pan, add Italian herbs and fresh rosemary.

Clean the pan, brush the oil and heat, and fry the steak to the desired degree of cookedness. The steak must be hot enough before placing the steak. Fry on one side for 30 seconds, turn it over and fry the other side, and then turn it over several times to the desired degree of cookedness.

Out of the pot, set a plate, squeeze the pepper sauce and enjoy.
Tips:
1. Mushrooms and carrots can be cooked in other ways, and the texture and taste will be different.
2. A certain treasure of Italian vanilla can be bought, and the flavor is very unique.
3. If there is no finished pepper sauce, freshly ground black pepper can be used.
