Steamed Basa Fish with Garlic Vermicelli
1.
The pangasius and vermicelli garlic are ready. The pangasius is frozen. Defrost it before cooking. Soak it in cold water for a while and it will melt naturally.
2.
Cut the pansa into small pieces and cut the garlic into minced garlic for later use
3.
Put the cut fish pieces in a basin, add a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of light soy sauce, and a spoonful of salt to taste
4.
Stir and marinate for about 15 minutes to make the fish more delicious.
5.
Soak the vermicelli with warm water, do not use hot water to scald it, otherwise the steamed vermicelli will become a lump and sticky and not tasty.
6.
Put oil in the wok, add the minced garlic and fry the garlic flavor, then pour the light soy sauce and oyster sauce, so that the garlic is fried.
7.
Find a darker plate and spread the soft soaked vermicelli on the bottom of the plate.
8.
Arrange the marinated fish pieces evenly on top of the vermicelli.
9.
Pour in the fried garlic and add some pickled chilies. Adding chilies will be more appetizing. If you are not spicy, you don't need to put it.
10.
Finally, put it in the pot and steam for 8 minutes on high heat. It is time to take out and serve
11.
Very delicious
