Steamed Bighead Fish Head with Cordyceps

1. Prepare fresh ingredients

2. I asked the stall owner to chop the fish heads into small pieces, soak the cordyceps well, remove the pits and shred the red dates, cut the green onion and parsley, and slice the garlic

3. Add all seasonings (salt, sugar, pepper, chicken powder, wine, cornstarch) to the fish head and marinate for about 10 minutes

4. Add cordyceps and garlic slices to the marinated fish head, mix well
