Steamed Buns

First prepare an appropriate amount of wheat flour and place it in a dry pot

Put an appropriate amount of rock sugar in the bowl, melt the rock sugar with hot water first, and the water slowly becomes warm water

Add appropriate amount of yeast powder and soda powder, 1 kg of wheat flour is about 1 gram, and stir evenly with rock sugar water. Remember to be warm water.

Add water or flour according to the actual situation. If it is too dry, add a little water, if it is too wet, add a little flour. Knead the dough for about 5-10 minutes until it is not sticky at all.

Cut the steamed buns and put them in the steamer. There should be no water on the layer, and the noodles can be raised for about 2 hours. In cold weather, you can heat the water in the pot to warm water and turn off the heat before putting it in. The temperature in the pot will make the noodles faster.

Bring the water to a boil, sprinkle water on the steamed bun, and steam it for 10 minutes
