The steamed chicken cake has the taste of my mother when I was a child. It is simple, sweet and less oily, and you are not afraid of getting fat.

Steamed Cake

1. Prepare materials

2. Beat the eggs, add oil and mix well

3. Then put water and mix well

4. Pour in the mixed powder

5. Stir it into a paste

6. Pour into the mold, put into the steamer, and steam on high heat

7. Take out the demoulding in about 15 minutes

Tips:

You can use a toothpick to test the cooked condition. If there is no stickiness on the toothpick, it means it is cooked
